We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Ubud Village Hotel for three nights with our 4-year-old daughter, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with exceptional hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and attended to our every need with a warm and friendly attitude. The location of the hotel couldn't have been better. It's perfectly central, allowing us to explore the vibrant streets of Ubud with ease. Whether we wanted to visit local attractions, dine at nearby restaurants, or simply stroll through the charming streets, everything was within reach. Our room was nothing short of amazing. It was spacious, immaculately clean, and well-appointed. The comfortable accommodations provided a relaxing retreat after a day of adventure. One of the highlights of our stay was the delightful breakfast and tea time snacks. The food was not only delicious but also offered a taste of the local cuisine, adding to the overall cultural experience. The large and pristine swimming pool was another favorite spot for our family. We spent hours enjoying the refreshing water and basking in the serene atmosphere. So central to everything, shops, restaurants, markets. Very clean hotel. We asked for a pool view room which was lovely to sit on the verandah having a wine before we went out to eat. I asked for a different pillow and it was there in our room before the evening. Breakfast was a choice of getting your own or a cooked breakfast from a menu or both. The pool area was neat and tidy with a choice of 2 pools and u didn’t miss out on a deck chair. The staff were very friendly and accomodating couldn’t ask for anything more. Overall lovely hotel and recommend if you want to be in the heart of everything.

The staff of this hotel were very welcoming and accommodating. The hotel has a very serene feeling with ponds and nature in the lobby. They offer complimentary yoga and afternoon tea which is a huge plus. We also really enjoyed the breakfast. The biggest plus to this hotel is its location in the middle of Ubud close to shops, bars and restaurants. Our room was at the back of the property so there was no noise. We slept well as the room had good air conditioning. Very enjoyable stay overall, would come back.

Brilliant location close to Minkey Forest and Royal Palace but once you get inside it is an air conditioned have of peace. The two pools are lovely especially the outside one. Decor makes you feel you are in the centre of a rainforest not off a busy shopping street. Staff are very helpful, even organising a cooking class for my son and me.
