Brilliant location on the main road but slightly set back to not cause noise issues. Friendly staff who were happy to do anything. Good facilities within the hotel 2 separate pools aswell as pool and games area. Short walk to the monkey forest and lovely bars and restaurants. We also did the cooking class which the hotel put on at additional price which was lovely. Easy to do later check out for our later flight. Breakfast menu changed throughout the week

The room was extremely nice. Staff was extremely friendly. Location was pretty good in busy Ubud. The room itself was quiet and had no noise pollution from outside. Breakfast was pretty nice specially the cooked breakfast.

So central to everything, shops, restaurants, markets. Very clean hotel. We asked for a pool view room which was lovely to sit on the verandah having a wine before we went out to eat. I asked for a different pillow and it was there in our room before the evening. Breakfast was a choice of getting your own or a cooked breakfast from a menu or both. The pool area was neat and tidy with a choice of 2 pools and u didn’t miss out on a deck chair. The staff were very friendly and accomodating couldn’t ask for anything more. Overall lovely hotel and recommend if you want to be in the heart of everything.

Hotel is located at the centre of Ubud, walking distance to both Monkey Forrest and Ubud Palace. Hotel staff is very friendly. Breakfast is served near the swimming pool. There are complimentary afternoon tea. Hotel room is also very spacious. There are seperate bath and shower area. Perfect place to stay in Bali. I probably will book the same hotel on next visit.

Location was perfect. 15 min walk to Monkey Forest and in heart of Ubud, close to numerous restaurants, shops, markets etc. Reception Staff were kind and courteous with abundance of balinese hospitality. Hotel was beautiful, calm and serene. Two pools. Room was very comfortable with a large balcony, plenty of storage space, large bathroom. (Minor things noted - shower door made a very loud noise when being opened, hinges need oiling and toilet flush kept sticking). Beds were comfortable. Wifi was good in room and around hotel. Breakfast was excellent, mix of buffet and a la carte. Good choice and variety of main options over the few days we stayed. Very attentive and helpful staff in restaurant and by pool.

The staff of this hotel were very welcoming and accommodating. The hotel has a very serene feeling with ponds and nature in the lobby. They offer complimentary yoga and afternoon tea which is a huge plus. We also really enjoyed the breakfast. The biggest plus to this hotel is its location in the middle of Ubud close to shops, bars and restaurants. Our room was at the back of the property so there was no noise. We slept well as the room had good air conditioning. Very enjoyable stay overall, would come back.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Ubud Village Hotel for three nights with our 4-year-old daughter, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with exceptional hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and attended to our every need with a warm and friendly attitude. The location of the hotel couldn't have been better. It's perfectly central, allowing us to explore the vibrant streets of Ubud with ease. Whether we wanted to visit local attractions, dine at nearby restaurants, or simply stroll through the charming streets, everything was within reach. Our room was nothing short of amazing. It was spacious, immaculately clean, and well-appointed. The comfortable accommodations provided a relaxing retreat after a day of adventure. One of the highlights of our stay was the delightful breakfast and tea time snacks. The food was not only delicious but also offered a taste of the local cuisine, adding to the overall cultural experience. The large and pristine swimming pool was another favorite spot for our family. We spent hours enjoying the refreshing water and basking in the serene atmosphere.
